HarvestWild is hosting a Wild Game Cooking Class

Time: 5:30pm-7:30pm

Location: Sizzle’s Kitchen, 1440 Placer Street, Redding, CA 96001

This holiday season join Chef Manlio in the kitchen and learn about cooking wild game! Your experience will include breaking down a whole, plucked duck, preparing an appetizer, a main dish and then enjoying it in a family dining setting. This will be a hands on learning experience, so come ready to role up your sleeves. We can’t wait!

We have a beautiful kitchen space, dining amenities and the food you will be preparing included in your reservation. Your reservation includes all of this for $75 each.

Please note: We will supply the duck and be cooking it in the spirit of wild game. We would love for you to bring a field dressed and plucked wild mallard or other large wild duck to the class. Give us a call or email us with any questions.

The menu will be available soon. We will be using this opportunity for some media as well.

Must purchase tickets before event. Cost: $75 each.
