Kids Welcome! Come out and learn on a nature walk with Kyle, Harvestwild’ wild food educator. You can expect to forage and expand your knowledge about wild foods in the area. Meet the plants that you walk past all the time and learn the stories they have to tell you. Taste new flavors and learn how to incorporate these wild foods into your meals. This will be a fun outing for you, family and friends too! Plus, you will walk away with more confidence about foraging and experimenting with wild foods.

What to bring:

  • Comfortable hiking shoes, water bottle, layers, sunscreen.
    Optional: A small backpack, camera, bug spray, hiking poles, hat, sunglasses, snacks.

Up to 10 guests. 12 and under are Free. All participants must keep a safe physical distance between yourself and other people, please feel free to wear a mask if you feel keeping a safe distance is challenging. When you meet your host(s) and other guests—try a no-contact greeting. Guests must comfortably hike up 1-2 miles.
